The Blume Law Firm, P.C. was established in Minneapolis, Minnesota, July 24th, 1991 as a professional corporation. In May of 1993, we moved to our present location in Phoenix, Arizona. Since our conception, we have concentrated solely on representing small business owners. Because of our background, we can easily provide assistance in all legal aspects of the formation and successful operation of many forms of small business.
Small businesses are the least represented parties regarding legal and accounting matters. Many of the businesses neglect this relying on advice from spouses, friends and the internet. Here at the Blume Law Firm, we can provide services involving formation, taxation, litigation, and partner disputes in an affordable manner using fixed fees as much as possible. My extensive experience in business goes beyond my legal background. I have education in technology, engineering, business and finance in addition to the law. Aside from running the law firm, I previously worked for large companies involved with a variety of products and technologies in the US and internationally.
